U.S. News and World Report has listed Franklin Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center as one of "America’s Best Nursing Homes"
The selection was based on data collected from Nursing Home Compare, the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services program that ranks facilities on measures of care, nurse staffing, health inspections and overall care. Each section may reach a five-star score, indicating the highest achievement.

Franklin Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center's efforts are now receiving national recognition. Franklin Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 2008 recipient of the American Health Care Association Quality Award.
